“Whoever controls media, controls their minds”
Welcome to J’pura Voice, the Official Media and Broadcasting Unit of University of Sri Jayewardenepura
GLORY OF J’PURA VOICE
The University of Sri Jayewardenepura, formerly known as Vidyodaya Pirivena, is the pioneer of Sri Lanka’s educational renaissance.
Similarly, J’pura Voice, the official media and broadcasting unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, serves as a beacon of light in providing media coverage for its undergraduates and the local community. Among our many accomplishments, J’pura News, the official news service provided by J’pura Voice, is the first and foremost university based organization in Sri Lanka to broadcast news. J’pura News focuses primarily on news updates about the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, the state university system, and the educational system in Sri Lanka.
While bringing forth talented undergraduates and mentoring them to become reliable and renowned citizens of the country, the official media broadcasting unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura moves forward with unwavering excellence.
